1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GUIDE SERVICES (WEB VERSION)

ALEDRO – Language and Intellectual Services provides the following services:

• Tourist guiding

• Personal assistance

• Pet sitting and pet care/transportation

• Property checking and supervision (houses and apartments)

• Language lessons and tutoring

BOOKING

Services may be booked via email, phone, or written agreement.

A booking is confirmed once the appointment is agreed and/or a deposit is paid.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are expressed in EUR.

Payment may be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by another agreed-upon method.

Invoices are issued in accordance with Croatian tax regulations.

CANCELLATION

More than 48 hours before the service – no charge.

24–48 hours – 50% of the service price.

Less than 24 hours or no‑show – full charge.

LIABILITY

The service provider performs services professionally and with due care.

The provider is not responsible for:

• third‑party actions

• unpredictable animal behaviour

• burglary, natural disasters, or technical failures in properties

• medical outcomes related to assistance services

• specific academic outcomes from tutoring

DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is used solely for service delivery and invoicing.

Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Croatian law.

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia.
